All prices are shown before applicable taxes. Charges are processed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide.

5. Refunds
Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable. If a course is materially misrepresented or inaccessible for an extended period, contact us for review within 14 days of purchase.

All course materials, trademarks, and site content are owned by Vornelo Voiceover or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use content for personal learning only.

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display it for the purpose of providing and improving the services. You remain responsible for the legality and rights of your submissions.
8. Prohibited Conduct

- Attempting to bypass security or disrupt service
